Organize Your Year

A simple calendar can set your year up for predictability

Have all of your team members take a few minutes at the beginning of the year and write down important upcoming dates. Include birthdays, days the office is closed, meetings, holidays, upcoming classes and working anniversaries. Not only does it keep everyone in the know it provides an opportunity to look forward to and celebrate upcoming events.

Avoid unnecessary stress and heartache by planning ahead!

Calendars can function as an amazingly easy way to communicate

One calendar may not be enough

I personally like the idea of a few calendars

  • A yearly calendar- broad look
Image may contain: 1 person, smiling, possible text that says 'Dunwell Jumbo 2x48 Wall Calendar 2020 Dry Erase, Planner 4-in- 4-in-1 Combo Pack (Brown) 1 Reversible Horizontal-Vertical 2020 Wall Calendar, Reversible Undated Monthly Weekly Planner, Laminated Erasable Poster 25 2020 Size: 32x48 4 Colors: Brown'

  • Monthly calendar- more detail oriented and updated more frequently (Wayfair calendar above)

  • A flip calendar to track monthly maintenance such as cleaning traps, cleaning autoclaves
(most of us have a few dozen of these laying around thanks to the marketing of every dental company...in existence)
No photo description available.

  • and if your team really wants to be connected consider sharing a Google calendar or Outlook
