How to host a SOUPER BOWL charity event
Host your own "SOUPER BOWL" event in your office to celebrate the Super Bowl and support a worthy cause

Planning your SOUPER BOWL collection:
- Pick your collection dates
- Prior to the event send out a newsletter and Facebook posts with the details
- Put info on the charitable collection event in nice picture frames in areas of high traffic through out the office to start conversations
- Send out a message in your automated appointment reminder system to patients who will be in the office during the collection dates or have whomever is confirming appointments mention it to patients.
- Designate an area in the office to collect the cans, stack the cans in a tower if possible. This will keep the area looking organized and draw attention from patients in the office.
- Celebrate the final collection, the delivery of the donation and the lucky winner of the raffle with a Facebook post and pictures. Also include the info in your next newsletter
