DENTAL ASSISTANTS WEEK MARCH 1 -7

It's time to plan next weeks celebration of all the fabulous dental assistants who help make the office run smoothly!

( If the thought of this makes you cringe you might need to work on some team building in your office...just a thought)

Executing this celebration will require a few conversations

I'd start with the dentist to see what role they want to play in this event 

(let's be honest... chances are they have no clue this week is quickly approaching). 

Plan A:  If they want to fund and/or plan the celebration, great! 

If that isn't the situation perhaps because they are frugal ... cheap... or don't appreciate their assistants then I would proceed to plan B.

Plan B: Check with other team members to see if they would like to participate and how to best plan moving forward

>Do you want to celebrate on Monday and let that carry you through the week?

>Do you want to do a smaller daily recognition?

>Do you want to all chip in a few dollars or divide and conquer  bringing in a gift/ snack or card?

However you decide to celebrate and thank your assistants I am sure they will appreciate it!

Don't forget to spread the word: A Facebook post and mention in your newsletter recognizing your assistants, sharing how great they are and how much you appreciate them is also a nice way to celebrate them and show your patients how lucky you are to have a great team!
